The Team
David Hansen
Born and raised in Calgary. I have two brothers (I am actually a twin too!). Originally I was meant to work in the family business - a plumbing company called Hansen Plumbing and Heating, but I found that my true passion was in real estate and helping people solve problems and achieve their goals in buying or selling residential real estate.
Over time, I got pretty good at it, learning under different mentors and gaining skills and knowledge that probably more than 80% of Realtors are not even aware of - from true zero down mortgages, tax strategies to shave off half your mortgage, and creative financing when traditional methods just don't work.

Michael Hyde is an experienced business owner in the Greater Calgary Area. Having been a owner/ manager of multiple business for 30 Years in B.C and Calgary, I know the intricacies of businesses and how to identify great opportunities. My approach to commercial real estate is a down to earth common sense coupled with hard work.
